About The Event

Join us!  Come on Earth Day, Saturday, April 24th, when we join with with Alameda Recreation and Parks Department to plant new and healthy trees on the Krusi Park grounds! Help us reach our goal of planting 20 trees in one day for everyone to enjoy for years to come!

How you can help ARPD is looking for volunteers (youth must be in 9th grade or older) to help in the actual planting of the trees. This includes heavy lifting and ability to dig a 2 foot deep hole.  Kiddies welcome to watch or play in the park.  ARPD will be following all Alameda County Public Health Department guidelines to keep this event COVID-19 safe. * Pre-registration is required with a maximum of 20 people. (first come, first served)  * No drop-ins are allowed.   * Register here: https://us.openforms.com/Form/bc7cbafd-ae45-46fc-a866-cb1b298ff3ae
